Full-Time Senior Manager, Aviation Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Pursue and maintain business sales with existing and new customers in the energy sector.
• Grow market share in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Manage business activity, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide aviation safety advice and conduct operational and technical audits.
• Complete aviation projects for clients according to SGS Aviation Compliance standards.
• Pursue and maintain technical qualifications for the Flight Safety Foundation Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) program.
• Perform quality checks for reports and conduct peer reviews.
• Plan and conduct aviation audits, assessing operator safety.
• Prepare written audit and project reports with recommendations.
• Manage aviation projects for clients.
• Follow up and resolve issues.
• Maintain professional contact with clients.
• Ensure compliance with SGS QHSE and HR policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-10 years of audit experience in the aviation industry.
• 2-5 years of experience with the Flight Safety Foundation Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) program (preferred).
• Airline Transport Pilots Licenses or Flight Engineer License or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License or related aviation industry license - preferred
• HUET training certificate – required for advisors likely to be traveling offshore.
• Expert-level English language skills; intermediate French preferred.
