We’re seeking a high-impact leader to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about solving complex operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain, customer experience, and internal systems.
- Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies.
- Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

5–8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, supply chain, operations, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions. Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and execution. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot or similar tools is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
