Full-Time Senior Manager, GTM Tech & Process

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Technology & Process, to manage and optimize Procore's GTM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and optimization of GTM systems (Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, etc.).
• Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CS, IT to improve processes and implement new capabilities.
• Lead optimization of GTM experience for sellers, marketers, and customer success teams in various platforms.
• Implement PRM (if applicable).
• Propose and lead initiatives to optimize technologies and methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into solutions, and handle feature requests.
• Provide expert guidance and training on Salesforce and other GTM tools.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve business problems.
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or training.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• 5+ years experience in enterprise product management.
• Experience implementing PRM (a plus).
• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Quote process.
• Experience in agile development.
• Proven success leading Salesforce projects.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $114,400 - $157,300 (base).
