Full-Time Senior Manager, GTM Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• GTM Strategy: Drive transformation initiatives, conduct research, data analysis, and support strategic initiative owners.
• GTM Operational Execution: Translate ideas into frameworks, maintain operating frameworks, and collaborate with various teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Exposure: Partner with senior leaders, build relationships, and champion a culture of execution excellence.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, or enterprise SaaS environments (combination preferred)
• Strong ability to bridge technical expertise with business priorities.
• Experienced in delivering AI-powered programs from concept through scale.
• Experience with GTM analytics tools and AI-enabled sales technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High sense of ownership and bias toward action.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to lead through influence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
