We are looking for a results-driven, strategically-focused Senior Manager, Legal Operations - Business & Finance to join Procore’s Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department.
- Drive LRC’s Financial Strategy: Lead the end-to-end legal financial lifecycle, providing strategic recommendations.
- Modernize our Outside Counsel & Vendor Management Ecosystem: Steer our sourcing strategy to prioritize value, efficiency, and innovation.
- Champion Tech-Enabled Operational Excellence: Proactively identify, design, and build the business case for process improvements.
- Serve as a Trusted Business Partner & Change Agent: Leverage your expertise as a primary liaison to key partners in Finance.
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Manage and mentor a small team of Legal Operations professionals.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in Legal Operations.
- Proven experience as a people manager.
