Full-Time Senior Manager of Ecommerce

Senior Manager of Ecommerce will manage and enhance Truewerk's direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform for revenue growth and improved user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategy for revenue growth and KPI optimization (Bounce Rate, Conversion, AOV, UPT, AUR).
2. Oversee and optimize Shopify Plus platform, ensuring smooth functionality, security, and best practices.
3. Manage website development and operations, including UX/UI improvements, digital merchandising, and technical performance for seamless customer journey.
4. Develop digital merchandising strategy for product discovery, optimized taxonomy, and site architecture.
5. Collaborate with performance marketing and creative functions for enhanced landing pages, promotional strategies, and site messaging.
6. Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization program to maximize sales.
7. Work with Operations on forecasting and assortment planning for product availability.
8. Create and maintain insightful reporting dashboards for tracking metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ecommerce management experience in a direct-to-consumer or retail environment, with Shopify Plus expertise.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a site roadmap, collaborating with external stakeholders and agencies.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, trends, and technologies (web development, UX/UI design, site optimization).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Tableau/Looker, A/B testing, and personalization tools.
• Extensive experience with digital merchandising tools like Searchspring and RetentionX.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to push back when needed.
• Results-driven, problem-solving mindset.
