Full-Time Senior Manager of Fulfillment and Outbound Logistics

As a Senior Manager of Fulfillment and Outbound Logistics, you’ll be the internal owner of our order fulfillment and outbound logistics function, guiding daily execution while helping to shape our long-term strategy. You'll serve as the connective tissue between internal teams and our third-party logistics provider.

Responsibilities:

1. Own and deepen the relationship with our 3PL, holding them accountable to KPIs, SLAs, and overall execution.
2. Lead the daily and long-range strategy for fulfillment operations across both DTC and wholesale channels.
3. Anticipate and prepare for new product drops, seasonal peaks, promotions, and campaign spikes.
4. Own the outbound shipping strategy and execution - balancing cost, speed, and customer expectations.
5. Manage carrier relationships (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL, etc.) either directly or in partnership with the 3PL.
6. Drive operational excellence and process innovation across fulfillment and outbound logistics.

Requirements:

• 6 - 8+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or operations roles within high-growth ecommerce or DTC brands
• 3+ years managing a 3PL relationship
• Strong working knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and improve process at scale
