We are seeking a Senior Manager - Partner Sales (New Partner Acquisition) who will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new strategic distribution and reseller partners.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Partner Sales (New Partner Acquisition) who will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new strategic distribution and reseller partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Hunting & Acquisition: Identify high-potential new partners. Develop outreach strategies and lead negotiations.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities. Work with marketing and SDR teams to generate qualified leads.
- Onboarding & Handoff: Collaborate with onboarding and account teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-deal closure.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work cross-functionally with product, legal, marketing, and operations teams. Track KPIs and report progress.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B business development, partner sales, or channel acquisition.
- Proven success in closing strategic partnerships.
- Strong storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with education benefit platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset.
