We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Tools & Process to own and optimize Procore's GTM systems (Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, etc.).
As a key member of the GTM Technology & Process team, you will partner with sales, marketing, CS, IT, and other stakeholders to improve processes, optimize technologies, and introduce new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing optimization and simplification of GTM experience (Sellers, Marketers, Customer Success, PS) in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal tools.
- Propose and lead initiatives for implementing new processes, optimizing technologies, and enhancing GTM experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, handle feature intakes, troubleshoot, and respond promptly.
- Provide expert guidance and training to users, promoting effective use of Salesforce and other GTM capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience strategies, staying abreast of industry trends and platform updates.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify business problems and drive appropriate solutions.
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
