Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company growth through transformational enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcome-based enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs (new business development, customer satisfaction, and retention).
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers, curriculum designers, and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation and update of training materials (eLearning modules, sales playbooks, and interactive learning activities).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, incorporating them into company training programs.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales enablement/sales training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Certifications: Familiarity with sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Value Selling).
