The Senior Manager, Sourcing Supply will oversee the execution of sourcing category strategies within MasterBrand by implementing and managing contracts, supplier and product introductions and transitions, qualifications, and overall supply chain performance metrics for suppliers.
- Develop thorough understanding of full commodity value stream.
- Monitor and report supplier performance metrics (compliance, quality, delivery, and total cost) in support of MasterBrand objectives.
- Facilitate new product introduction strategies (identifying specifications, volumes, and support of innovative solutions).
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders by providing timely and accurate information.
- Facilitate timely pricing maintenance, accuracy, and system updates.
- Develop others through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments.
- Lead and implement best total cost improvement initiatives to meet company goals and growth needs.
- Be a key contributor of change management process for product development costing process.
- Drive continuous total cost improvement initiatives.
- Ensure stakeholders, team members, and suppliers comply with all policies and procedures.
- Effectively prioritize and problem solve various business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive results, and balance stakeholder needs.
- Customer-focused with a track record of building strong relationships.
- Resilient problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
