Job Details
Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances will manage third party partners and evaluate new business opportunities aligning with Experian Housing's strategy.
Responsibilities include: strategic and operational activities – new partnership assessment, business case/go-to-market development, relationship management, and onboarding execution.
Reporting to Experian's Senior Director, Mortgage M&A Partnerships.
- Lead third-party integration efforts for Experian Verify and Housing solutions.
- Manage contracts, guide new partner onboarding/credentialing, and information security assessment processes.
- Establish a joint partnership roadmap and oversee integration project implementation.
- Expand existing relationships via new programs and solution integrations.
- Position Experian as an essential partner for third-party platforms, prospects, and accounts.
- Manage integration projects to meet service level agreements and promptly resolve issues.
- Research and evaluate strategic partners, prospects, and third-party opportunities for integration, investment, and M&A.
- Coordinate communications and education with partners, reporting on project activities, timelines, status, and roadblocks.
- Monitor competitive landscape and third-party partners to inform roadmap decisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, development, information security, legal).
- Partner with product and marketing teams to support joint product development/enhancement and go-to-market launches.
- Establish long-term strategic relationships through building personal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in the mortgage industry, with understanding of transaction processes and latest technologies.
- Proven experience building strong third-party relationships.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of Housing industry, players, data, and marketing analytics.
- Consensus-building and resource mobilization abilities.
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel.
