ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Events Sponsorship to join our Strategic Events team.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy.
- Create compelling sponsorship packages.
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for global strategic events.
- Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights.
- Lead negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors.
- Cultivate relationships with key sponsors and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sponsor commitments.
- Oversee on-site sponsor activations.
- Ensure sponsor assets are integrated into event experiences.
- Track and report on sponsorship performance.
- Use data to evaluate opportunities and maximize ROI.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
- Drive innovation in sponsorship engagement.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 12+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, marketing, and event partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sponsorship initiatives.
- Expertise in navigating high-growth environments.
- Experience in matrixed organizations, leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Skilled in managing multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
