Full-Time Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will oversee sourcing category strategies within MasterBrand. Implement & manage contracts, supplier & product introductions/transitions, qualifications, & overall supply chain performance metrics for suppliers.

1. Develop thorough understanding of full commodity value stream/map.
2. Monitor & report supplier performance metrics (compliance, quality, delivery, total cost).
3. Facilitate new product introduction strategies (identifying specifications, volumes, & support of innovative solutions).
4. Develop relationships with key stakeholders (timely & accurate information).
5. Facilitate timely pricing maintenance, accuracy, & system updates.
6. Develop others (coaching, feedback, exposure, stretch assignments).
7. Lead & implement best total cost improvement initiatives.
8. Be key contributor of change management process for product development costing.
9. Drive continuous total cost improvement initiatives.
10. Ensure stakeholders, team members, & suppliers are compliant with policies & procedures.
11. Prioritize & problem-solve various business needs (using lean tools).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with lean concepts (Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, Daily Management).
• Experience with global suppliers (Asia, Europe, Indonesia).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer focus, builds strong relationships.
