Sprinto is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own Sprinto’s Mid-Market partner motion across the EU & UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, qualify, and recruit new Mid-Market–focused partners across EU & UK. Drive seamless onboarding.
- Partner Enablement & Co-Selling: Develop and deliver enablement content; co-lead sales engagements with the Sales teams.
- Partner Success & Growth: Monitor partner health; execute quarterly business reviews.
- GTM Strategy & Operations: Own partner scorecards and quarterly targets; refine partner segmentation and tiering.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years overall experience with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles.
- Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
