The Opportunity: Senior Partner Sales Manager role responsible for building and maintaining partner relationships, identifying and developing pipeline with key partners, co-selling with partners to win new business, and overseeing partner success in delivering customer value. Pivotal in driving commercetools' business growth and success.
Collaborate: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and others for effective partner collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Your Mission: Sell the vision of composable commerce as a key revenue stream for partners, work with partners to identify new commerce replatforming initiatives, convert them into actionable sales pipeline, enable and reinforce messaging for commercetools.
Orchestrate: Orchestrate cross-functional resources to support partner GTM activities, maintain long-term, scalable joint model.
Business Plans: Maintain and review business plans, establish clear commitments around marketing, readiness/skills development, project delivery, and sales execution.
Program Execution: Drive program execution across activities to complete commitments and goals, including marketing, sales, project delivery, and customer adoption.
Return on Investment: Maintain clear view of return on mutual investments (joint marketing, demand generation, product, enablement).
Pipeline Reviews: Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure thorough and accurate pipeline and forecast information.
Skills Required: Professional experience selling enterprise software, ideally eCommerce, cloud computing. Experience with enterprise customer accounts and SI/agency/ISV partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English), SaaS tech organization experience. Experience working with IT customers and partners, C-level decision-makers.
Building New Business Plans: Build new business plans, working with multiple stakeholders (direct and channel marketing, product management, account management).
Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
