Full-Time Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team.

Team: Reporting to the Head of Product, you will co-lead a globally distributed cross-functional product team. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own a key product area with product management and engineering.
• Develop a vision for your product area aligning with our overall vision.
• Discover, validate, and communicate user needs using qualitative and quantitative research.
• Facilitate innovation with product management, engineering, and commercial functions.
• Design UX/UI solutions, ensuring feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Be accountable for the user experience of your area.
• Co-own and develop our design system.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understand the HR industry, competitive landscape, and company strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing complex web-based digital products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design thinking.
• Experience designing and shipping innovative products.
• Comfortable leading project discovery.
• Collaborative within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Skilled in user research.
• Proficient in solving interaction design challenges.
• Articulate design decisions based on user needs and business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, translating user research into actionable insights.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation.
• Experience shaping, maintaining, and expanding design systems.
• Navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

• B2B product design experience for professional users.
• HR Tech background.
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
