Lead the strategic development of Sparteo's auction product, ensuring its alignment with market trends, user needs, and company objectives. This role requires an emphasis on innovation, scalability, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a high-performance solution.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the auction product. Identify and act on market trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps to enhance product positioning.
- Product Development: Translate high-level strategy into detailed feature sets and actionable user stories. Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and oversee development cycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align the auction product with client expectations and Sparteo’s broader goals. Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs for product performance, iterating on feedback and data. Conduct regular market analysis to keep the product competitive and innovative.
Work on innovative auction mechanics in a highly competitive ad-tech environment. Opportunity to shape a flagship product pivotal to Sparteo's international growth. Collaborate across Sparteo’s diverse suite of high-performance solutions (e.g., Actirise, FastCMP).
Experience 5+ years in product management, preferably in ad-tech or programmatic advertising. Proven track record of launching and scaling complex digital products.
