Full-Time Senior Product Manager, Communications

In the Efficiency product area, our mission is to revolutionize patient management and medical record keeping.

We're dedicated to minimizing manual tasks and empowering medical professionals.

Key Initiatives:

• AI voice bot for phone calls.
• Smart appointment confirmations to prevent no-shows.

We're scaling, refining, and expanding AI solutions.

These initiatives are part of the Communications group, including:

• Patient-doctor chat
• Patient request management
• Marketing tools for doctors

Your Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team.
• Grow the value provided to doctors and revenue.
• Experiment to refine solutions and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing.
• Influence business leaders with data and evidence.
• Evangelize the product vision to all teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and analysts.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven product management experience (5+ years, B2B2C or B2B).
• Strong track record of launching and growing successful products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit (launching a product from scratch).
• Prototyping skills (validating and prototyping ideas, especially AI/no-code techniques).
• Technical understanding (confident in technical discussions).
• Data-driven mindset (analyzing product usage data).
• Excellent communication and strong sense of ownership.
• Adaptability and autonomy.
• Hands-on approach with flexibility in tasks.
