Full-Time Senior Product Manager, Shopping Ads

Role: Drive shopping ads quality. You'll develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for this key investment area.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Shopping ads (Relevance, Retrieval, Ranking, Predictions).
• Gather insights from advertisers, users, and sales to understand their needs.
• Be the champion of Reddit's Shopping ads products and help cross-functional teams deliver solutions.
• Build and scale solutions leveraging Reddit's unique data.
• Develop, prioritize, maintain, and execute the product roadmap for Shopping ads quality.
• Choose success metrics, set goals, and drive accountability.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Communicate effectively across functions and the entire ads team, including presenting to senior executives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in AdTech.
• Experience testing & developing innovative Shopping ads ideas.
• Experience driving strategy with Machine Learning based AdTech products.
• A track record of developing and championing product strategy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Experience working across multiple XFN teams.
• Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0-1 Growth experience.
• Proven experience working on large initiatives.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
