Full-Time Senior Product Manager - Smart Lighting

Summary Of Position The Senior Product Manager (SPM) is accountable for guiding the strategic growth and overall direction of the Smart Lighting category.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and commercialization of new products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch to eventual phase-out.
• Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Total Cost Out (TCO) initiatives.
• Continuously assess consumer, customer, and competitive insights.
• Utilize data-driven insights to segment the market.
• Collaborate with marketing for sales enablement.
• Contribute to product line performance reviews.
• Own and drive key financial metrics.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Consumer product / Smart Home experience preferred
• High energy, motivated individual
• Strong presentation skills and financial acumen
• Demonstrated capabilities in influencing, facilitation and change management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative work environment
