Senior Product Owner Billing & Payments

We are looking for an experienced and business-savvy Senior Product Owner to own and optimize our Billing & Payments domain.

This role requires someone who is comfortable with high-level strategy, hands-on with details, and deeply understands customer pain points.

You will take ownership of our billing infrastructure, subscription lifecycle, payment integrations, and key financial metrics, ensuring seamless transactions, maximizing revenue, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize Jimdo's billing and payments infrastructure
• Drive key payment metrics (e.g., Payment Rate, Authorization Rate)
• Deeply understand customer payment use cases
• Manage relationships with payment vendors (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal)
• Balance product innovation with compliance
• Define and enforce SLAs for payment APIs
• Optimize subscription management
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, CX, Legal, etc.
