Full-Time Senior Program Manager

Overview: In this role, you will be part of an elite group of Technical Program Managers driving large-scale strategic initiatives. You will transform how products are developed, ensuring teams adhere to a structured journey across functionality, stability, security, operational excellence, and GTM readiness. You will collaborate closely with senior management, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and alignment.

Your tasks include:

• Managing large-scale programs for critical business initiatives (5-10+ vertical tracks, 3rd party vendors).
• Interacting with internal, external, and executive stakeholders.
• Managing projects with multiple new technologies and potential organizational changes (site redesigns, platform migrations).
• Creating and communicating program timelines and health.
• Ensuring vertical teams understand overall project objectives and timelines.
• Presenting issues and risks to leadership and vertical tracks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional peers and stakeholders to resolve program issues.
• Creating and leading PMO processes, solving complex pain points.
• Challenging processes that don't contribute to value delivery.
• Evangelizing new processes and business value.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement.
• Demonstrating ability to interact, negotiate, and influence across multiple tracks and leadership.
• Establishing and implementing processes fostering team collaboration, idea exchange, and transparency.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full lifecycle project management experience.
• Proven expertise in driving complex, multi-year programs.
• Experience aligning product, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen in technology companies.
• Proficiency with project planning/portfolio tools (JIRA, Monday, etc.).
• Solution analysis experience in a global, distributed environment.
• Proactive problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity.
• Authorization to work in Germany.
