Full-Time Senior Regional Manager

• Strategic Growth & Business Development: Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategy for online degrees with Australian universities, driving revenue through new market opportunities and B2B partnerships.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Form partnerships with SEA and Australian universities, building relationships with education agencies, government bodies, and corporate sponsors.
• Stakeholder & Government Engagement: Engage with government agencies and diplomatic missions to promote online education portfolios.
• Marketing & Event Coordination: Lead events-led go-to-market strategy, ensuring high-quality events and brand adherence.
• Performance & Reporting: Understand Keypath's business strategy, contribute to forecasts, manage regional P&Ls, and meet targets.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Success in developing go-to-market strategies and building B2B partnerships in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and oversee regional P&L statements.
• Experience in engaging with government bodies, corporate partners, and agencies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Understanding of the Southeast Asian education landscape.
