Full-Time Senior Regional Manager

Keypath Education is seeking a visionary Senior Regional Manager to lead the launch and growth of online international postgraduate degrees in Southeast Asia. This role involves driving market expansion, forging partnerships, and elevating brand presence to increase student enrollment. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Growth & Business Development: Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for online degrees with Australian universities, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, including education agencies and corporate channels.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Form strong partnerships with SEA and Australian universities. Build relationships with education agencies, government bodies, and corporate sponsors. Act as the key contact for regional relationships.
• Stakeholder & Government Engagement: Engage with government agencies and diplomatic missions to promote online education portfolios. Represent university partners at industry events. Provide strategic advice to Keypath leaders.
• Marketing & Event Coordination: Lead events-led GTM strategy. Deliver high-quality in-market activities. Ensure brand adherence across the student journey. Act as the key contact for regional marketing and events agencies.
• Performance & Reporting: Understand Keypath business strategy, including OKRs, to maximize outcomes. Contribute to forecasts and review regional P&Ls. Meet targets and adjust strategy as needed.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with university policies and regional market regulations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and B2B partnerships across Southeast Asia.
Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast revenues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian education landscape.
