We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager with strong expertise in crypto markets and a solid understanding of OTC workflows and client engagement. You’ll work closely with institutional clients, drive revenue through innovative solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a regional team of experienced professionals, fostering collaboration and maintaining high-performance standards.
- Prioritize and structure high-level deliverables, breaking them down into actionable tasks and ensuring accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing exceptional support by understanding client goals, challenges, and industry nuances.
- Build long-term relationships and establish trust with clients through proactive engagement and solution-oriented approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve pain points, and ensure seamless support.
- Leverage knowledge of crypto markets, OTC processes, and client workflows to identify opportunities for product adoption and client growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand product usage and align solutions with client requirements.
- Analyze client feedback and market dynamics to propose innovative solutions that contribute to revenue growth and account expansion.

- Proven ability to engage and support institutional clients effectively.
- Deep knowledge of OKX products and their differentiators in the market.

- Ability to anticipate client needs and work with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve OKRs.
- Resilient and capable of maintaining composure in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt across communication channels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed, but not exceeding 5 days per week.
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
