Job Details

As a Senior Sales Manager at Devoteam, you'll be crucial to becoming the leading ServiceNow partner in Sweden. You'll drive growth by selling ServiceNow licenses and consultancy services to diverse clients across various sectors.

You'll advise clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Devoteam and ServiceNow can provide exceptional value and digital transformation.

Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery) to develop effective sales strategies, expanding market presence and strengthening client relationships.

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, enterprise, and public sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions addressing client needs and driving adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
  4. Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a positive client experience.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  6. Contribute to developing best-in-class sales practices.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving products to provide expert guidance.

You need a proven track record selling enterprise software solutions, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Strong understanding of solution and value-based selling, articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust.
