Full-Time Senior SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Consultant

Fusion Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4Hana Manufacturing Consultant to join our team.

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 Hana within a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4 Hana manufacturing modules within a pharmaceutical setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, particularly around production planning, shop floor control, and materials management.
• Configure SAP S/4 Hana to meet the specific manufacturing needs of the pharmaceutical environment, including regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and system adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to the SAP S/4 Hana manufacturing processes.

Experience and Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP manufacturing modules, with at least 4-5 years in SAP S/4 Hana.
• Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive project success.
