This role is part of the Customer Outcomes team. Our purpose is to accelerate platform adoption and drive customer business outcomes.
As a ServiceNow Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of service offerings designed to help customers successfully adopt products and achieve business outcomes.
- Services offerings: Impact success offering, product implementation services, and training.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams, Customer Outcomes team, and delivery partners.
- Develop and execute services sales strategy in designated territory.
- Create new Services opportunities (Impact, Implementation Services, and Training).
- Manage pipeline and forecasting for Services opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer.
- Conduct Executive and CxO discussions.
- Lead extended team in solutioning, scoping, and proposal development.
- Execute value-based selling methodology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of services sales experience in SaaS.
- Experience leveraging AI.
- New account sales focus.
- Existing enterprise relationships are a plus.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across various personas.
- Operational command, managing end-to-end franchise.
- Travel up to 50%.
Compensation: $123,900 - $204,000 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
