Job Details
The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a Senior Manager to design and deliver enablement programs for Solution Consultant team members.
- Align scalable SC enablement programs with business priorities.
- Increase SC competencies and provide hands-on experiences.
- Drive content design, development, deployment, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
- Integrate AI tools into program design, delivery, and measurement.

- Assist with creating the strategic direction and implementation of the enablement strategy.
- Develop and deliver SC role-specific learning programs.
- Partner with the Global Learning Business Partners (LBP) to support and advise on program intake.
- Integrate AI tools and methods into every aspect of program creation, delivery, and evaluation.
- Apply a data-driven mindset to measure program effectiveness, analyze ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior SC leaders.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure programs align with business strategies.
- Communicate with clarity and impact when facilitating sessions.
- Work across global time zones to deliver sessions as needed.
