Our client is a leading EPC with a focus on renewable infrastructure projects. Based on the east coast, the company has projects throughout North and South America.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to ensure the procurement and vendor management as well as developing strategies and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and sustainability goals.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to secure high-quality, cost-effective materials and services.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory control, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels to support project execution.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance, enforcing standards and regulatory requirements for all procured materials and services.
- Monitor supply chain performance and manage risks, using data analysis to drive improvements and resolve issues, while promoting sustainability and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in EPC or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong Negotiation and Analytical Skills with expertise in vendor management, cost reduction, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Technical Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Leadership and Communication Skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines are met.
