As a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner, you support culture and business performance.
Blending PBP-level strategic partnership with COE specialist depth, you'll collaborate with People Leaders, COEs, and employee-led culture groups to activate talent programs. This includes high-impact projects like performance enablement, learning delivery, talent reviews, and culture communications.
Also support people managers with day-to-day employment matters during PBP leaves of absence.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to people leaders and PBPs, advising on talent development, performance, and team culture.
- Provide HR Generalist-level guidance on employment law, compliance, and policy application (U.S.-based teams).
- Coach managers on people challenges, development planning, and feedback aligned with Turnitin's Leadership Characteristics.
- Program Leadership:
- Lead execution and improvement of learning programs (manager enablement, onboarding, high-potential development).
- Facilitate talent review cycles for performance data, equity, and future needs.
- Deliver and curate workshops, toolkits, and resources for growth and learning.
- Culture Storytelling & Engagement:
- Co-create and deliver culture storytelling and recognition aligned with EVP.
- Contribute content for internal and external platforms (Great Place to Work, Glassdoor, Newsweek).
- Lead engagement action planning via Culture Amp.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Leverage engagement and performance data to inform strategies and identify needs.
- Support dashboards and reporting in partnership with People Analytics.
Who you are:
- 6–7 years HR, Learning, Talent, or People Partnering experience.
- HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting managers.
- SME in learning enablement, performance management, engagement, or internal storytelling.
- Strong business acumen and relationship-builder across levels and geographies.
- Comfortable with strategic and tactical levels, facilitating, coaching, and delivering independently.
- Proficient in Culture Amp, Google Suite, Slack, Happeo, and project management tools.
