Primary Responsibilities:
- Partners with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of commercialized solutions (Build/Launch)
- Demonstrates understanding of the portfolio strategy, market needs, and key questions to be answered at each stage of the product lifecycle
- Recognizes and proposes business process re-designs and opportunities of efficient to maximize business results
- Be the liaison between the business partner and the delivery team in the requirements gathering, scoping, capacity needs and UAT of a project
- Provides subject matter expertise, recognize and analyze gaps between current situation and desired outcome and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information, consider solutions and deliver the solution
- Participates in activities within each stage (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, Sunset)
- Reviews whole portfolio and considers if products are still relevant based on business and market strategy
- Makes recommendations and/or decisions on whether to maintain, invest, or end of life based on assessment

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience leading technical product or service delivery, including service lifecycle support
- 3+ years of experience with Healthcare related business analysis
- 3+ years of experience of translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
- 3+ years of experience writing User Stories, Requirements, Testing and Collaboration with Development/Engineering Teams
- 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach
- Experience in Agile delivery models
