Full-Time Senior UXO Supervisor

• Start Date: November 3rd, 2025 (onboarding)
• Deployment to Kuwait shortly after.
• Pre-hire activities by mid-October 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Meet criteria for UXO-TIII, UXOQCS, and UXOSO.
• Ensure compliance with DoD-approved site plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site munitions response.
• Complete daily site reports and review UXO team reports.
• Make final safety status determination of discovered MEC.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma + 4 years of experience.
• Current driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid US Passport through 11/2026.
• Complete fitness for duty exam per 29 CFR 1910.120.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER & 8-hour OSHA Supervisor (initial).
• 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety course.
• Current 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Graduate of a military EOD assistant course or accredited UXO technician training.
• Military EOD: 2 years MEC-related experience, 1 year MEC-Supervisory, 10 years total EOD/MEC.
• Accredited UXO School: 10 years MEC-related, 5 years MEC-Supervisory, 13 years total MEC.
• 8-hour Management and Supervisor Training Course (OSHA-compliant).
• Understanding of explosives safety criteria and experience in munitions response or range clearance.
• 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training card.
• Understanding of QC/QA practices for MEC-related activities and MPPEH management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Explosive Ordnance Disposal certificate
• 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety
