Role: SVP HSL Sales - WNS Analytics – HPS
Good Fit - Analytics Domain Expertise, Professional Services Firm working experience

New Business development: Driving business growth by actively pursuing new opportunities. New Logos – Hunting.
Account Farming: Nurture and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand our analytics services within existing accounts.
Account Retention: Proactively address client concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets from existing accounts.
Solutions: Drive a high conversion rate for client opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales team to align strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Engagement and Customer Feedback: Engage consistently with senior client leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong background in analytics
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Consultative selling and credibility with C level executives in the UK/ EU Hi-tech and Professional Services (Consulting, Exec Search, Data and Information, Media) sector
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales (hunting and farming) targets.
