WTWH Media is seeking a Senior Vice President – Sales & Strategy to lead sales efforts within the Engineering vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell.
- Train and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement a client-focused sales strategy.
- Maintain relationships with agencies and key executives.
- Partner with editorial leadership for content alignment.
- Drive large partnerships and close key deals.
- Oversee sales budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop new solutions across our multi-platform network.
- Set up scalable sales processes using Salesforce.
- Improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop integrated proposals.
- Maintain pricing models.
- Build a compelling value proposition.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape.
- Identify areas for organic growth.
- Serve as a key representative for the company.
Requirements:
- 10+ years leading digital media sales teams, including 5+ years in Engineering.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
- Knowledge of programmatic, mobile, video, and data-driven solutions.
- Experience training sales teams.
- Strong brand and agency relationships.
- Tactical and strategic with marketing understanding.
- Strong with budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.
- Exceptional internal relationship-building skills.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Frequent travel required.
