Job Details
Delivering world-class service to customers. Managing service activities, providing installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Strengthening operations using tools. Developing the service network and standardizing service offerings.
- Managing and coaching: ELGA Service Team.
- Managing: Third Party Service Providers network.
- Proposing, planning, and delivering technical training to external partners.
- Quoting and validating service and PMA renewals.
- Leading the RMA process and warranty claims.
- Managing the laboratory in Woodridge.
- Providing leadership to the Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a culture of Customer Satisfaction.
- Use of Skywater as the internal CRM.
- Maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure ELGA product lines Service technical knowledge.
- Improve structuring of operations and scheduling of site activities.
- Integrate new tools.
- Ensure timely billing.
- Monitor tools provided to TPSP and customers.
- Lead Validation and Requalification.
- Manage Van Stocks and inventory accuracy.
- Develop PM standard packages.
- Develop and implement best practices.
- Track progress and monitor corrective actions.
- Ensure daily book completion and Field Service Reports.
- Develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure strong communication.
- Follow Health and Safety rules.
- Uphold Elga NA ISO quality standards.
