Customer Outcomes GTM team needs a role to drive complex strategic deals and engage at an executive level in solution designs for large enterprise workflows (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.).
This role will engage with Services Account Executives, having executive-level conversations and evangelizing platform capabilities.
Closely collaborate with Solution Consultants (Enterprise Architecture and Inspire) for a unified account and implementation strategy.
Engage with ServiceNow's executive team to understand and contribute to market and platform innovation.
Participate in industry solutioning across verticals (FinServ, Manufacturing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and strategic thought leadership to clients.
- Develop deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Engage with Account Executives and sales teams to create beneficial client relationships.
- Collaborate with the strategy office and industry teams on innovation and future capabilities.
- Participate in large Services and Licensing pursuits.
- Integrate with the Delivery community and learn Expert Services operations.
- Create customer-facing deliverables (proposals, Statements of Work) to achieve business outcomes.
- Lead implementation strategy solutioning with customers to ensure product adoption.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 15+ years experience in the IT Services industry.
- 3-5 years ServiceNow experience.
- Experience leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes.
- Demonstrable experience positioning strategic implementation platform strategies for professional services.
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect in IT or customer environments.
- Strong know-how in implementing platform strategies (Greenfield, Back2Baseline, integrations).
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally.
- Skilled at concisely summarizing information for executives.
- Strong understanding of cloud application technology and trends.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and success metrics.
- Ability to segment opportunities, deal situations, and resource investment.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to navigate tough conversations and challenging meetings.
- Balance of strategic and tactical skills with intellectual agility.
- Strong focus on ownership and execution against deadlines.
