Full-Time Solution Consulting Director - Servicenow.org

We are seeking a proven and experienced Solution Consulting (Presales) leader to build and lead a team for the newly created Servicenow.org, focused on the Nonprofit Industry. This role has global responsibilities, initially focusing on the Americas and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team supporting sales with technical consultation on ServiceNow products and solutions.
• Implement growth plans to create market demand.
• Develop, lead, and manage a team of field-based Solution Consultants.
• Execute a business plan driving go-to-market strategies for the Nonprofit industry, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
• Build and execute a Solution Consulting vision and strategy.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and motivate a world-class global Solution Consulting team.
• Collaborate with partners across sales, marketing, support, and other departments to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
• Actively support sales and customer meetings to drive opportunities.
• Develop an industry-focused demonstration strategy.
• Drive operational excellence.
