Solution Consulting (pre-sales) is a vital part of the sales ecosystem at ServiceNow, focusing on excellent customer and internal interactions, performance, and improvement.
This strategic leadership role leads Demonstration capability and strategy, setting the agenda for execution by managing a team of early-career Presales Solution Consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a repeatable process for early-career SCs to hone ServiceNow product demonstration proficiency.
- Defining and refining the Demo Hub program.
- Determining Demonstration Creation, Use, and future development.
- Expanding the DemoCenter concept to include DemoHub capability for the field.
- Partnering with Marketing, SC Field, and Workflow SC leadership to create pipeline generation capability.
- Creating and managing a video asset library for demonstrations to enhance pipeline generation and renewal.
- Developing Americas functionality and proving success.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, ideally at ServiceNow.
- Thought leadership in software storytelling.
- Coaching and development experience for early-career and senior contributors.
- Leadership in people, process, and systems development.
- Building relationships and trust internally and externally.
- Tactical orientation with long-term alignment and outcome understanding.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow sales and engagement processes and business value.
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of the ServiceNow platform.
