Job Details
Cribl is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team of Solutions Engineers and help them develop their pre-sales and account management skills.
Why You'll Love This Role:
- Lead the Solutions Engineering team.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to SEs.
- Assess and develop technical capabilities of each team member.
- Provide periodic performance reviews.
- Support Sales Reps + SE teams with their sales campaigns and customer management activities.
- Deliver sales presentations, present technical information, conduct product demonstrations and execute Proof of Value events
If You've Got It:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively.
- Background of successfully selling land and expand deals to Strategic Accounts.
- Ability to teach ways to identify new and existing opportunities through consultative selling methodologies.
- A history of successfully leading a technical pre-sales team.
- Must be able to lead a team and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- You live in Sydney or Melbourne
- BONUS: Proven self-starter with a motivated attitude.
