Are you looking to be part of a professional, dynamic, and friendly team? We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an Administrator in our Spare Parts division.
This role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. As an Administrator, you'll report to the Spare Parts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and answering telephone calls via the Call Centre
- Responding to emails promptly
- Order processing
- Processing cash payments
- Managing returns and pricing credits
- Handling new parts requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders
- Providing exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service / Administration experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Disciplined and accurate approach to data entry
- Established computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, 365)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Spare parts experience is advantageous, but not essential
