Full-Time Special Projects Sr Manager Supply Chain

The Special Projects Sr Manager, Supply Chain Operations role will lead the execution of high-impact initiatives to scale operations for global retail and D2C channels.

Responsibilities:

• Shape operational strategy by designing, scaling systems, and workflows aligned with company goals.
• Build data architecture and implement automated systems to make operations proactive.
• Lead mission-critical projects with clear roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Ops, CX, Finance, Marketing) for seamless execution.
• Elevate operational performance through automation, tooling, and process initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Solve complex operational challenges with innovative solutions.
• Translate data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Create documentation for knowledge transfer and implementation.
• Validate new processes through methodical testing to ensure flawless deployment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and eCommerce fulfillment in growth environments.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-impact Operations projects.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and operational technology.
• Strong strategic systems thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.

• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment and refurbishment.
• Knowledge of emerging operations technologies.

• Background in sustainability initiatives.
