Job Details
Position will develop and drive to completion complex commercial agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and manage complex agreements from financial proposals.
- Requires knowledge of contract drafting and management practices.
- Calls for deep collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales.
- Advocate for stakeholders while managing contract process.
- Self-directed, analytical, and strategic thinker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and drive commercial agreements to achieve business objectives.
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Audit for contract development and approval.
- Contract development, approval coordination, file and database management, reporting.
- Participate in special assignments and provide ad hoc support.
