Full-Time Sr. Deal Desk Analyst

As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will report to the Director, Deal Desk and become a trusted advisor to the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Deal Desk Director with daily operations.
• Translating customer and field feedback into actionable plans.
• Hosting daily Deal Desk office hours.
• Tracking and communicating critical deals to leadership.
• Collaborating with Business Intelligence to analyze deal performance.
• Identifying trends and differences in sales cycles and customer behavior.
• Developing new guidelines for various projects.
• Advising sales reps on structuring deals that meet customer and Wiz needs.
• Managing price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce.
• Owning the approval matrix, automation, and deal desk playbook.
• Partnering with Finance, Product, and Enablement on process improvements.

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and Sales/Business Operations.
• Comfort with change and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen, organization, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong Salesforce experience.
• Ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately and ethically.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
