The Go to Market (GTM) leader for Automotive identifies and verticalizes ServiceNow Automotive industry solutions.
Closely aligns with Automotive account teams to develop strategic opportunities, serves as the main point of contact for AMS-based Automotive account sales teams.
Connects with senior and C-suite stakeholders, enhancing messaging, communications, and experience with an industry-focused approach.
Required experience: Automotive industry experience from a global OEM, knowledge of leveraging technology for automotive transformation, customer-facing experience selling and delivering consulting services, Go To Market leadership in an enterprise software company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Industry expert, educating executives on ServiceNow, leading customer participation at industry events and executive reviews.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partners with account executives to infuse industry expertise, forms relationships with key buying center executives, shortens deal lifecycles.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develops relationships with Automotive practices within AMS partners to drive awareness, solution positioning, enablement, and customer development.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identifies new buying centers and use cases, collaborates with marketing to design valuable solutions for automotive customers.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on the Business: Analyzes ServiceNow Automotive business to understand trends, opportunities, needs, KPI impact, and progress against goals, influencing customer efforts and driving results.

Essential Skills: Strong relationships and communication skills, high-energy, business-building mindset, experience in AI integration, 15+ years in Automotive, preferably at an OEM, 5+ years in IT/Technology or consulting.
Compensation: $194,950 - $321,650 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
