Go to Market (GTM) leader for Automotive. Operates with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry transformation sales teams. Identifies and verticalizes ServiceNow Automotive industry solutions. Closely aligns with Automotive account teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Industry expert, educating executives & leaders at industry events and executive business reviews.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partners with account executives, infusing industry expertise.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develops relationships with AMS-based strategic partners.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identifies new buying centers & use cases.
- Analyze, Drive & Report: Analyzes ServiceNow Automotive business, identifies trends, opportunities, and needs. Drives results, reinforces high-yield actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years Automotive industry experience.
- 5+ years IT/Technology in Automotive.
- 5+ years in Enterprise Software (Automotive focus). OR 5+ years top-tier consulting firm.
- Strong executive presentation skills
- Proven ability in relationship building and advising senior leaders
- Experience with AI integration (optional)
Compensation: $194,950 - $321,650 + equity (if applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Superior organizational skills.
5+ years of Go-to-Market Leadership at an Enterprise Software company.
