Job Details

The Sr. Director, FP&A will bring thought leadership and business partnering across the global Sales, Services, Success, and Marketing organizations.

This leader will drive value by leading Procore’s global Go-To-Market FP&A business partners and supporting leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and partnering with Finance and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Advising Go-To-Market leadership on financial trajectory, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • Developing a best-in-class business planning process.
  • Elevating reporting and insights for the company.
  • Managing a team developing financial plans to optimize pipeline, bookings, revenue, and expenses.
  • Championing and implementing robust financial models for decision-making.
  • Driving long-range and annual planning processes.
  • Building a high-performing team, including talent development and succession planning.
  • Partnering with FP&A, Revenue Ops, and Corporate Strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, 8+ years in FP&A.
  • Public company and SaaS experience.
  • Proven ability to influence effectively in tough situations.
  • Strong global SaaS Go-To-Market expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work.
  • Values-oriented, data-driven decision-making.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range $235,520 - $323,840. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
