NBC Sports Next is hiring an NCSI Sr. Enterprise Sales Representative for the non-sport verticals. This role will be a key driver in developing, managing, and executing enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for a new non-sport vertical.
- Establish key partnerships to enter new markets.
- Build strategic partnerships to drive growth.
- Represent NCSI at industry events to position the brand.
- Advise operations and product teams to support successful launch.
- Lead the sales process, collaborating with key teams.
- Work with prospects through various channels (in-person, phone, email).
- Build and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and develop engagement strategies.
- Translate product features into customer solutions.
- Manage RFP processes to secure new business.
- Provide consultative feedback to optimize customer experience.
- Liaise with operations and marketing teams for sales assets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue optimization.
- Meet commitments to create a successful customer journey.
- Own results, focusing on goals, sales skills, and career growth.
Basic Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in Sales/Account Management.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Strong industry network building skills.
- Experience sourcing, developing, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Positive, enthusiastic, empathetic, solutions-oriented.

Desired Characteristics:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years HR software/payroll solutions experience (preferred).
- 2+ years experience selling to Civic/Government organizations (preferred).
- 4+ years in Background Screening (preferred).
- Experience in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Proficiency working with government organizations (preferred).
- Proficiency with Tazworks (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work weekends.
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base plus 50% Sales Incentive Comp.
Full-time position with remote work option.
