Full-Time Sr. Insurance Sales Agent - US Remote

We are seeking Senior Insurance Sales Producers/Advisors for our inbound call center team. You will report to a Sales Team Lead, supporting customers shopping for insurance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, guiding them through insurance comparisons and switching processes.
• Consultatively and empathetically analyze customer insurance needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing coverage gaps.
• Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining product accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling multiple insurance products.
• Broker or call center experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products.
• Active P&C or Personal Lines license.
• Experience talking with customers via phone.
• Experience in a similar call center environment.
• Proficient navigating relevant systems, tools, and equipment.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
